An item is generally eligible when every condition below is met. AquaNest may request photographs or additional order information before authorizing the return.

  • ✓ The request is submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
  • ✓ The product is unused, clean, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • ✓ Original tags, seals, protective materials, manuals, accessories, repair pieces, and packaging are included.
  • ✓ A valid order number or other acceptable proof of purchase is available.
  • ✓ The item has not been worn, washed, inflated for use, installed, modified, submerged, or tested outdoors.
  • ✓ The return has been reviewed and approved before the package is sent back.
AquaNest covers return shipping for approved eligible returns and exchanges. Products sent without prior authorization may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Once fulfillment, packaging, or carrier processing has started, cancellation may no longer be available and the standard return process may apply.

Free Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged free of charge within 30 days. Exchanges depend on current inventory. If a replacement is unavailable, an approved refund may be issued instead.

Items We Cannot Accept

Some products cannot be returned because of their condition, safety status, hygiene considerations, customization, or sale designation.

Used Water and Safety Gear Personal-use gear that has been worn, washed, submerged, or tested in water cannot be returned for preference or sizing reasons unless it is defective or incorrect.

Altered or Damaged Products Products showing misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, unauthorized repair, modification, staining, odor, contamination, or excessive wear are not eligible.

Incomplete Returns Returns may be refused when original accessories, pumps, paddles, valves, fins, straps, manuals, cases, repair pieces, packaging, or included components are missing.

Final Sale and Gift Cards Products clearly marked as final sale, digital gift cards, customized items, and personalized products are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

Water-Ready Product Notes

AquaNest carries equipment with different safety, hygiene, inflation, installation, and packaging requirements. Review the guidance below before opening or testing a product.

Inflatable Watercraft

Paddle boards, inflatable boats, rafts, seats, and related components should remain unused, clean, dry, and securely repacked. Defective products are reviewed separately.

Personal Water Gear

Wetsuits, rash guards, water shoes, goggles, snorkels, masks, and life jackets must remain unworn, unwashed, and unused in water for preference-based returns.

Camping and Beach Equipment

Tents, umbrellas, chairs, tables, coolers, bags, storage products, and games must be clean, complete, and free from sand, moisture, food residue, stains, or outdoor wear.

Pumps and Repair Kits

Pumps, tools, patches, adhesives, valves, and repair components must remain unused and complete. Opened consumable repair materials may not be returnable.

How long do I have to request a return?

You have 30 days from the confirmed delivery date to request a return or exchange. Requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be eligible.

Are AquaNest returns free?

Yes. AquaNest provides free return shipping for approved eligible returns and exchanges. You must receive authorization and follow the provided return instructions before shipping the product.

Can I return a product after testing it in water?

Products used, worn, submerged, washed, inflated for use, or tested outdoors are generally not eligible for preference-based returns. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are reviewed separately.

Can I return an item purchased with a discount?

Products purchased with the automatic 15% email subscriber discount or an automatic 20% promotional discount remain eligible when they meet this policy, unless the product was clearly marked final sale.

Where will my refund be sent?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds cannot normally be redirected to another card, account, or payment method.

Why has my refund not appeared yet?

After AquaNest issues a refund, your bank or payment provider may require 5–10 business days to post the credit. Processing times are controlled by the financial institution.

What happens if my exchange item is unavailable?

Exchanges depend on current inventory. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer another available option or issue an approved refund to the original payment method.

Can I send my return to the business address?

Do not send a return to any address without prior approval. The correct return destination and shipping instructions will be provided after your request has been reviewed.
